GENERAL TRADING CONDITIONS

  • Orders can be sent by fax, e-mail or post.

  • Please, use the indexes of the goods that are specified in the catalogues. It will speed up the order service.

  • In case of special orders, we agree upon the delivery terms individually with the customer. All information is available in our sales department. 

  • Additionally, we can put the bar codes on the goods. It makes easier for you to accept the goods at the store and for us to sell the goods.

  • All goods are packed in properly labeled cartons.
